Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Managers with various tasks related to employee benefits.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize previous insurance experience to support the team and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency is required.
  • Previous experience in employee benefits or insurance is preferred.
  • California Property & Casualty Broker certification is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team and independently as needed.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, first shift.

Compensation:

The position offers a pay rate of $23-$25 per hour during the temporary-to-hire period. Upon obtaining a license, candidates will receive a raise, and those with experience or licensure may be considered for a higher pay rate.
